By booking a stay at The Getaway on Ranger Creek, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your reservation. The Getaway on Ranger Creek is operated by The Getaway On LLC.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT

All reservations are subject to availability. A valid credit card is required to complete your booking. Payment terms and cancellation policies are displayed at the time of booking through our reservation system. By completing your reservation you agree to the payment and cancellation terms presented at checkout. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect your reservation and your entire trip.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Our units are self check-in, and detailed instructions will be emailed to you before your stay. Early check-in or late check-out may be available if you contact us at least 12 hours in advance, typically by about an hour when possible.

GUESTS AND VISITORS

All guests must be registered at booking. No unregistered visitors or parties are allowed. The maximum number of guests for each unit is shown on its booking page.

SMOKING AND VAPING

No smoking or vaping anywhere on property. Strictly enforced and may result in eviction. Smoking or vaping will result in a minimum remediation charge of $200, or the actual documented cost if higher. Typical costs: $75 per ozone treatment cycle and $25 per load for separate laundering of affected linens. Cigarette odor typically requires 1 to 3 ozone cycles. Cannabis odor typically requires 3 to 6.

PROPERTY RULES

No Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property.

Guests are expected to treat the property, its units, and its surroundings with respect. The Getaway on Ranger Creek is an 18-acre working tree farm and registered Tennessee Greenbelt property. Guests agree to stay within the property boundaries as described in the guest guidebook provided at check-in.

Fires are permitted in designated fire pits only. Open fires outside of designated areas are strictly prohibited. Never leave a fire unattended, and fully extinguish it before going to bed or leaving the property. Please do not cut live or standing trees.

Please do not feed wildlife, except our domestic ducks and chickens with approved food scraps.

Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM out of respect for other guests on the property.

AGRITOURISM LIABILITY: TENNESSEE CODE § 43-39-103

WARNING

Under Tennessee law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location or by this agritourism professional if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to lands, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.

DAMAGE

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the unit or property during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. Damage charges will be applied to the credit card on file.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We work to keep the descriptions, photos, amenities and prices on our websites accurate and current, but details can change and mistakes can happen. The rate and terms shown at checkout are the ones that apply to your reservation. If a particular detail matters to your stay, please ask us before you book.

WEBSITE CONTENT

The photos, text and other material on our websites belong to The Getaway On LLC or are used with permission. You are welcome to view them and share links to our pages, but you may not copy, republish or sell them without our written permission.

PRIVACY

Our Privacy Policy (https://thegetawayon.com/privacy-policy/) explains what information we collect and how we use it, including the exterior security cameras on the property.
